The Right Place, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that promotes economic growth in the greater Grand Rapids, Michigan, area, where Quixtar is headquartered.

Birgit Klohs has witnessed the West Michigan community grow along with the expansion of Alticor, Quixtar's parent company. She attributes the community's growth over the past 20 years in large part to Alticor's founding families sparking the renaissance of Grand Rapids.

Klohs appreciates the families' commitment to putting Grand Rapids back on the map. She feels fortunate to live and work in a community with business leadership that ensures continued growth in the coming years.
