When Erin and Bill first saw the Quixtar IBO Compensation Plan, both were working at a small heavy equipment company. They had no retirement plan and were less than thrilled with their current jobs. They were looking for a way to work together but didn't have any special skills, talents, or investment money, so they didn't know exactly how to make their dream happen.

When Erin first saw the Plan, she immediately grasped that the results would be based totally on their effort. She was very excited and ready to get started. Bill needed a little bit more detail, but once he learned more about the business, he was completely onboard.

Eventually, the heavy equipment company for which they both worked closed. Living in a small community with limited employment opportunities, the couple is certain they would have lost their home without their Quixtar business. Fortunately, they were able to pay their bills despite the loss of their jobs and were able to continue to grow their Quixtar business.
