State Rep. Dave Hildenbrand represents residents of Kent County, in which Quixtar and its parent company, Alticor, are headquartered.

As a Grand Rapids native, Hildenbrand has seen firsthand the impact that Quixtar and Alticor have had on the community. As one of the largest employers in the region, the Alticor family of companies provides a livelihood for thousands of families. Alticor's founding families are involved in social, civic, nonprofit, and research projects, including important life sciences research.

Hildenbrand is grateful to the founding families for making the city of Grand Rapids a part of their legacy. He recognizes that they have enhanced the quality of life enjoyed by residents of the community and truly left their handprint on the history of the area.
